At the beginning of 2007 the three Astec, Inc. service groups-plant service, burner service and controls service-merged giving us one group working together to give customers the benefits of 14 in house technicians with a combined 284 years of service with Astec. When you call with a problem, you will always be greeted by a live person and connected to a skilled problem solver.

Phone technicians are available 24/7. You can even call us at home. Astec provides customers with the home phone and cell numbers of all key personnel, including the president of the company.

In addition to our phone support team, Astec's 37 field service technicians, including 3 international technicians, travel the world to keep your Astec Hot Mix asphalt plant running at peak efficiency. Between them, our field techs represents over 310 years of service experience.
