Held every three years, the exposition showcases the latest equipment, products, services and technologies. More than 144,600 industry professionals from around the world attended.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2008 was 21% bigger than the last show held in 2005. Two thousand one hundred eighty two (2,182) exhibitors took up more than 2.28 million net square feet of indoor and outdoor exhibit space.

Astec displayed its very popular 1/8 scale model of a portable asphalt facility and one of a relocatable facility in the central hall in a space shared by 13 of the Astec Industries companies.
